Salon Policy

 

Mesmeric Salon understands all children are different & unique. We take great pride to cater to each customer and each of their unique needs. In order to ensure a "smooth-sailing" appointment, here are some guidelines. 

 

  • Arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, children's appointment are scheduled in half-hour increments, therefore arriving later reduces their allotted time. 
    Please be advised, arriving 15 minutes passed appointment time incurs a late fee of $10.00. 
    Appointments arriving 20 minutes passed scheduled time, will Not be served. (if running behind, please call in advance, we will do our best to work with you.) 

  • After two missed appointments -OR- two appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, will required a deposit prior to setting the next (third) appointment. The deposit amount will be half of the service price and will be charged once the appointment is scheduled. The remaining balance will be paid, as usual, once services are completed. If the  appointment is missed again, after deposit has been charged, THERE IS NO REFUND!  

  • Customers Booking an appointment for Hair Color will be required to a leave a deposit. Deposit amount is 50%, the remain 50% will then be charged at color completion. If appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled it must be done 24 hours in advance or earlier to ENSURE A FULL DEPOSIT REFUND.
    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to ONLY 50% REFUND OF THEIR DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
    *Please be advise, a full refund will not be given if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled WITHIN 24 hours of appointment.
